Three Simple Steps That Save Lives

Apply Pressure
Use your hands or a dressing to apply firm, direct pressure to the wound.

Pack the Wound
Use gauze or clean cloth to pack a severe wound and continue applying pressure.

Apply a Tourniquet
Learn how and when to correctly apply a tourniquet to help control life-threatening extremity bleeding.
What to Expect
Interactive Learning
A structured presentation using PowerPoint and educational videos.
Instructor Demonstration
Certified instructors demonstrate bleeding-control equipment and techniques.
Hands-On Practice
Participants practise pressure application, wound packing and tourniquet use with instructor guidance.
