Trauma After Injury Follow-up Program (TAIFP)

Following a traumatic injury, patients may experience both short- and long-term physical and psychological effects. The Trauma After Injury Follow-Up Program (TAIFP) offers comprehensive care through follow-up phone calls and referrals to the TAIFP Nurse Practitioner (NP) Clinic to prevent complications, Emergency Department (ED) visits, and readmissions. By providing education and support, the program helps patients safeguard against future injuries.
